Shipping
All orders are shipped within 2 business days, from the date the order was placed. Most shipments are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. When an order is shipped, we send the tracking number for that order. Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info.
Once an order shows as “Delivered” to the shipping address, as a result of the tracking information provided through the freight company, The Bounce House Store and Island Hopper are not responsible for any “nonreceivable” situation. No replacement or refund will be given on “Delivered” orders. You may opt to request a signature confirmation, as stated above for an additional fee, to avoid a “non-receivable” situation.
Receipt of Products & Damages
An adult must be present upon delivery of products to inspect and sign for goods received. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. If an order is refused at time of delivery for any reason, incurred freight charges and any additional fees may apply.

All products are made easy-to-install.
Returns & Refunds
Most products have a 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy. Products eligible for return/exchange must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. Please contact us for return instructions. If there are damages associated, we may require photos in order to process the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.
Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. Orders are usually shipped within the first 12 hours, up to 24 hours of placing the order. If you'd like to cancel an order please do so immediately to avoid fees.
